Living several thousand miles away from home I realized why Potato deserves to be designated National Vegetable of India . Potato and an average Indian are so similiar that I was astounded by the level of similarities between them. To share with you some of them which I can think of now, will update the post as I remember rest 1) Both found everywhere, every continent, almost every country 2) Potato can survive anything atmosphere , inside/outside fridge, in rain , anywhere. Indian can survive in any company, boss, workplace , anywhere. 3) Both are ready to be deployed all most every time. Boil one and then it can be used in infinite ways. For the other one, just show the pay check and he is ready to work. 4) Potato in fridge and Indian in team.
